Business Support Plans
Priority Business Support: 24/7 within reason, based on the number of computers you have. This is a total monthly service and includes server and desktop monitoring software. Windows updates are monitored and released 2 times a month. Anti-virus compliance is included, also includes 2 hours of support per month. General questions, emails and phone calls are included. Additional time over the 2 hours are billed hourly. Your business needs are priority and get preference over hourly only businesses and Standard Business Support customers. Special pricing available to businesses over 20 computers. This plan also includes Webroot for desktop and server protection.
Standard Business Support: Billed monthly or Annually. Includes 1 hour of support per month. Windows updates are monitored and released 2 times a month. Additional time and emergencies are billed hourly after the 1 hour is used up.
